About CS Owsley

Chad Stuart Owsley is a photographer and foreign expert lecturer on photography and photojournalism from the United States, working in Guangzhou, China. His photography has won awards in outdoor photography and nature photography.

Now he focuses most of his personal projects on documentary photography, detailing contemporary Chinese culture.

He’s also a tech geek, travel geek, outdoor geek, and always reading up on the latest new camera device, mobile device, travel gear, software, hardware, network trend, etc….

As a working photographer, he photographs on assignment for newspaper, magazine, and other clients. He also teaches at university in journalism and communication.
